You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order successfully. normally it will take 3-5 working days to process after confirmation (you can view the product description). Most orders will be received with 3-5 businessed days,such USA, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as South Africa, Nigeria. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. 

We now use FedEx / DHL  as our main shipping provider. We also provide DHL express shipping service,select DHL express as your shipping method,if you want use other shipping methods like UPS/USPS,please contact us.

Track Your Order 

You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show.  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us or the shipping company.

International Taxes And Duties 

International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Tenacitas Hair, and thus it cannot be refunded.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

If you happened to put a wrong address after we shipped out the package,you can contact us or the shipping company to rectify the shipping address before it's ready for delivery.

Package was Delivered But I've not received it

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local express company for consultation as soon as possible, you can also contact our email address: info@tenacitashair.com.We'll do our best to assist you to make sure the package is retrived.
